ظهرت دبابة أرماتا الروسية الجديدة للمرة الأولى، تدمدم في جادة موسكو الواسعة في طريقها إلى الميدان الأحمر في إطار التحضيرات الأخيرة للاحتفال بيوم النصر.
ونشرت وزارة الدفاع الروسية الشهر الماضي صورا للدبابة، وقد غطي برجها بالقماش ولم يبد منها سوى هيكلها. لكن الدبابة ظهرت للمرة الأولى بشكل كامل الاثنين.
وستكون أرماتا أبرز ما في العرض العسكري الذي يقام السبت المقبل، احتفالا بالذكرى 70 للانتصار على ألمانيا النازية في الحرب العالمية الثانية، والذي يشارك فيه 200 قطعة من المعدات العسكرية و16500.
ويرى بعض الخبراء العسكريين الغربيين إن أرماتا ستتفوق على نظيراتها في الغرب، فهي الأولى من نوعها المزودة بكبسولة مدرعة داخلية تتسع لطاقم مكون من ثلاثة أفراد، ومدفع يمكن التحكم فيه عن بعد، مع أنظمة تلقيم أوتوماتيكية، وهي سمات تسمح بزيادة مستوى الحماية للطاقم وكفاءة أسلحة الدبابة.
وتوقع مصممو أرماتا أيضا إمكانية استخدام نفس هيكل الدبابة في عدد من المدرعات الأخرى، بما في ذلك مركبات المشاة المدرعة الثقيلة، ومدافع الهاوتزر ذاتية الدفع ومركبات الدعم القتالي، وهو ما شأنه خفض تكاليف الإنتاج وترشيد الدعم الفني والصيانة.
وبحسب الخبراء، فإن تصميم أرماتا الرائد يجعلها متقدمة على المنافسة الغربية، لكن لم يتضح بعد ما إذا كانت صناعات الأسلحة الروسية ستتمكن من تلبية خطة الإنتاج الطموحة للدبابة الجديدة.
وبموجب برنامج تحديث الأسلحة الجديد يتوقع أن يتسلم الجيش 2300 دبابة أرماتا بحلول عام 2020، لكن تلك الخطط قد تخضع للمراجعة بعد وطأة الضغوط التي يعاني منها الاقتصاد الروسي بفعل انخفاض أسعار النفط والعقوبات الغربية.
وقال أوليغ بوخاريوف، نائب رئيس المفوضية الصناعية العسكرية، وهي هيئة حكومية تتعامل مع مشتريات الأسلحة، الأسبوع الماضي إن أرماتا ستدخل الخدمة العام القادم، مشيرا إلى أن الدبابة لن تباع في الخارج قبل خمس سنوات أخرى.
